For the past fourteen years I have been living on remote cattle stations in the Northern Territory. During this time, I held a full-time administrative position, as well as filling in other roles, when needed. I have now moved back home to South Australia and am looking to continue my employment in the administrative sector. Detail-focused and meticulous, I am passionate about ensuring the company's financial and administrative tasks are processed swiftly and accurately. Skilled in working with management and peers alike to prioritize tasks and achieve the team's success.This role required me to complete administrative tasks for three separate stations at one time allowing me to develop and utilize time management skills. It involved constant communication via email, phone, UHF and face to face contact, not only with all three station managers, but also upper management, head office staff, other team members, contractors and customers.I have had experience in both working as part of a team and on my own. I had a lot of autonomy as the manager could be out of the office for most of the day, and at times, I would be the only one on station. My willingness and initiative to get tasks done ensured I was always able to keep myself busy and have an organized and tidy office.Before my time on stations, I held a retail position with Coles Supermarkets and gained invaluable retail and customer service experience.
