-- Responsible for internal school events, oversight of creative design and planning of logistics, catering, security, and audio visual/IT requests.-- Organized all details of fundraising events such as a Gala/Silent Auction, Alumnae Reunion, Graduation, and smaller fundraising receptions and events. -- Coordinated volunteer activities and served as liaison to the Parents Association.-- Oversaw all paperwork for events including scheduling of school spaces and management of the school calendar online.

-- Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing X Games competitions in snowboard and ski racing, skateboarding, BMX, wakeboarding, motocross.-- Managed logistics, staffing, volunteers and contract workers, course design/build, housing, as well as writing competition rules, and coordinating with media, sponsors and TV production.-- Served as main contact for athletes during X Games, conducting athlete meetings, running practices and overseeing competitions during live broadcast.

-- Planned and managed more than 20 ESPN special events annually including the VIP sponsor experience at the Super Bowl, ESPY Awards, and US Open.-- Oversaw editorial and print production of all event materials, content and graphics.

-- Conducted day to day newsroom business entirely in Spanish.-- Researched, wrote and translated news stories.-- Created intern project of producing, writing, editing and hosting mock live news.
