At Bright Group (current Creative Technology) I was responsible for all the marketing and communications related activities for two business units Bright Installation Oy (current Audico Systems Oy) and Intersonic Oy. In 2020, both companies were acquired by Audico Holding Oy.When I started working at Bright Group, both business units had little to none marketing related activities happening. Therefore, my main mission was to create and implement specific marketing strategies for both business units. As both units were new players in their fields, increasing the awareness among the target groups was the main determinant in defining the marketing activities in practice. My daily tasks revolved strongly around goal-based content production and A/B testing for different channels and needs, e.g. newsletter marketing, blog posts, references, brochures and website and social media. I designed and created lead generation and nurturing activities using marketing automation tools and did campaign execution both online (social media, SEA) and offline (print, customer events). Moreover, analyzing marketing data was prioritized in order to optimize and reach the set targets. I also did basic graphic design for web and print, project coordination and event organizing, such as customer events and trade shows.
