Tasks and responsibilities:- Providing consulting services and recruitment for IT/Telco positions- Main focus on positions ICT/Cloud//DB/SysAdmin, Application/SW Support, Networking, Security Engineers, Developers(FrontEnd/BackEnd/Fullstack or Mobile development), DevOps Engineers, ICT/SW Architects, previously ensuring recruitment for administrative and helpdesk positions- Daily communication with clients – updating positions and status of candidates, caring about reporting and its updating - Interviewing candidates for IT positions evaluating their suitability according to clients requirements- Daily communication with candidates (phone pre-screening, e-mail communication), - Sourcing candidates from external and internal databases, updating databases- Managing whole cycle of selection process (from receiving CV´s to fullfilling candidate) for IT/Telco positions- Mentoring HR Assistants and leading Junior Consultants, setting up the recruitment strategy- Preparing job description for position and advertising- Set up communications with new clients and participation on personal meetings with clients - Using specific methods in searching (x-ray, boolean searching), daily work with LinkedIN- Representing company on various workshops- Other ad hoc activities
