I collaborated cross-functionally with various university departments and external stakeholders to spearhead initiatives that minimized waste generation and maximize recycling and composting efforts at athletic events. These initiatives resulted in the engagement of over 58,000 individuals and an 81.81% diversion rate, moving ASU closer to their goal of a 90% diversion rate by 2030.
