Facilities Representative
Current• Supervise, coordinate, and execute maintenance related projects within Facilities Maintenance, specifically in Outdoor Space Planning and Landscape Project Management.• Coordinate and provide counsel to projects, staff and vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions and modifications.• Design, assistance, planning, execution, and supervision to complete Landscaping and Outdoor Spaces related projects, seasonal planting, indoor seasonal decoration, indoor potted plant installation and programs.• Inventory control, procurement, and supervision of the initiatives for outdoor structures, trash receptacles, bike racks, urns, outdoor umbrellas, outdoor furniture, tree planting program, hanging gardens, and associated structures.• POC and coordinator for campuswide composting, SoCal Water Smart Turf Removal Rebate Program, drought tolerant plant conversion and campuswide water reduction program.
