This involved leading meetings to present the benefits of appropriate management of translations and the use of translation technology. Drafted a business case and cost-benefit analysis to illustrate.Established and updated budget forecasts for translation activities across current and future financial years based on information provided by key workstreams involved in the Programme.Initiated the creation of a global glossary to be used across the whole organisation by collating existing team glossaries and driving the creation of new ones.
