We Are Here is the communication campaign endorsed by Politecnico di Torino to promote female students' enrollment in STEM subjects in order to fight gender inequality.I worked with the orientation and PSQL office of Politecnico di Torino to help newly enrolled female students and prospective students to adapt more easily to life at the Polito. My main duties were mentoring first-year students, supporting them in solving academic and relational issues and taking part in events addressed to prospective students.During the collaboration, I also organized and tracked the work of the other students involved in the campaign.
