Promoted the benefits of graduate input into small Cornish businesses, working with talented graduates and helping them gain employment, and contributing to the reversal of the creative brain drain from Cornwall to other regions in the UK.

Loughborough

Developed and launched new bespoke SME-targeted course crossing faculties & disciplines. Such a modular and menu-driven approach hadn't been tried before at Loughborough, and I succeeded in creating a business-driven model for the University to engage with its SME audience.

Luxembourg

Working from Luxembourg, I managed the European Parliament's English-speaking Visitors Service, devising educational programmes and visits for 100,000 delegates a year.
