Leasing, Property and Asset Management activities regard to office projects located in Warsaw.• Preparation of documents for DD and sale process.• Current contact with Tenants, Property Managers, Contractors and Leasing Brokers.• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for Investors and Banks.• Monitoring actual and budgeted expenditure on services at assets and providing reports.• Participation in tenant negotiations.

• Supporting Asset Manager responsible for office properties.• Preparing documents for tenants (contracts, annexes, agreements, protocols).• Research on commercial real estate market conditions – preparing reports.• Implementing processes prepared top-down by the company headquarters.
