Freelance Nation was a job rotation team that allows employees to self-select work that aligns with their passions. • Program Manager for NM site 35th anniversary. Managed a series of events over the course of 8 months including community events, health fairs, and an employee celebration gala. Coordinated the distribution of 2,300 personalized gifts for employees. Participation of events exceeded 85% of site employees. • Project Manager for local “Digital Safety for Kids” campaign that teaches K-12 online safety. Mentored parents of bullied school children on safety and legal options. Trained volunteers and deployed program to ~1,500 youth. • Systems Engineer for Wafer Sort, responsible for Pack/Ship area that ships product out of the factory. Maintained Excel macro reports on lot level data, troubleshooting fab tracking system, and inventory. Freed up stockers from 95% to 30% capacity by resolving an ongoing issue with stockers exceeding capacity controls through creation of a process where factory owners identify wafers that can be productized or need to be scrapped. • Engineer for Fab Quality & Reliability. Worked with the factory and integration to disposition defect issues. Monitored data to reduce inventory held for quality issues, production conversion (over 625 wafers), and line yield reporting. Utilized Lean mapping techniques reduce inventory hold time, allowing wafer to move down the production line. • Data Analyst for college recruiting. Analyzed federal collegiate data and identified diversity trends. Created reports using Excel, PowerPivot, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to match the data to college recruiting data for reporting.
