I managed the team responsible for ensuring London borough local plans and supplementary planning guidance conformed with the London Plan. Ensuring the effective implementation of London Plan policies and fostering positive, collaborative relationships with London's 33 borough councils.

As a principal in the team, I was a subject matter expert leading on a range of policies to support the delivery and implementation of the London Plan. I prepared and presented a formal defence of the plan at the Examination in Public. Working with the Mayor's Growth Strategies team, I supported the delivery of London's Opportunity Area Planning.

• The Resource Management Planning Team is responsible for helping the Ministry deliver advice to the government on the resource management system. The team delivers technical planning policy advice and the ministries.

• This unit delivered policy, spatial and statutory planning for the Auckland Isthmus and produced the Auckland Unitary Plan. My position involved undertaking the following key tasks: Statutory Planning:
• Processing plan changes to the operative district plan
• Case managing and reporting on applications.
• Processing submissions.
• Case managing appeals to the Environment Court.
• Producing Environment Court evidence.
