Hello! I am Anna Ly, a recent graduate from Stockton University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies. Currently, I am working as an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant at Totally Tots Inc., a daycare for infants and toddlers where I assist the lead teacher in educating and taking care of the children.In my current position, I have learned multiple skills that not only help me in fulfilling my job duties, but that can help me in any other position, such as communication skills to readily communicate with both children and adults alike, teamwork and collaboration skills to work alongside my coworkers to give the children the best care and guidance, and classroom management and maintenance to maintain a safe and organized learning environment for developing children.Throughout both my academic and work careers, I have gained other skills that can assist me in other positions. I have previously worked in retail positions as a Customer Service Representative and a Guest Service Advocate at Friendly Market and Target, respectively. In these positions, I have assisted hundreds of customers by providing them with a swift, efficient, yet friendly, checkout experience by processing their transactions using different POS systems. I have also worked as an Administrative Assistant Intern at the University of Pennsylvania, where I assisted by sorting through and delivering mail to staff and faculty offices, as well as other administrative tasks.During my time at Stockton University, I have learned and developed many skills that could help me in future roles by taking a multitude of courses, including Operations Management, Management Skills Development, Business Policy & Strategies, and Introduction to Financial Management, to name a few. I have also used both Microsoft and Google software to complete assignments, including Google Docs and Google Sheets, as well as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.I am currently looking for a job, eager to use my skills, learn new skills, and connect with new people, helping a multitude of others throughout the process.
