The Service Dispatcher is responsible for supporting all branch Service Department personnel through detailed handling of a variety of administrative duties including handling incoming calls, producing quotations and estimates, opening and closing work orders, adjusting time on work orders, dispatching Field Service Technicians, assigning jobs to Shop Technicians, and other duties not specified.

Reports directly to the Branch Manager. Handle incoming calls, effectively communicate with Service personnel to address customer needs, Open and properly segment Work Orders applying correct codes and tax information, handles closing of work orders, adjusting Technicians time, obtain purchase orders from customers as required, generate purchase orders for the service department, handle personnel issues related to insurance, new employee processing and testing, produce reports for Management as required, any other duties assigned by Management.
