Current- Developing schemes, forms, methods and technologies of the sales of accommodation ser-vices for the period of the Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix.- Controlling the development and the implementation of business plans and commercial condi-tions of the agreements and contracts, which are concluded, evaluating possible risks.- Examining the accommodation services market (analyzing the supply and the demand, their motivation and fluctuations, competitors’ forms of activity) and its… Show more - Developing schemes, forms, methods and technologies of the sales of accommodation ser-vices for the period of the Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix.- Controlling the development and the implementation of business plans and commercial condi-tions of the agreements and contracts, which are concluded, evaluating possible risks.- Examining the accommodation services market (analyzing the supply and the demand, their motivation and fluctuations, competitors’ forms of activity) and its development trends, analyz-ing market opportunities.- Determining potential and prospective accommodation services customers (Russian and for-eign enterprises, other intermediaries, etc.) and establishing business contacts.- Taking part in the pricing process, to establish ways to justify prices, establishing forms of settlements under agreements, developing and implementing discount schemes depending on different factors.- Organizing pre-contractual work (choosing the type of an agreement; establishing the ways and the forms of fulfilling obligations, developing pre-contractual documents, settling differences, analyzing customers’ documents, etc.) and concluding agreements.- Handling the organization of the work related to the provision of services to customers under the agreements concluded.- Recruiting and training sales personnel, setting tasks for subordinates and controlling their ful-fillment.- Elaborating the accommodation plan for all client groups of FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAPI-ONSHIP (FOWC), Federation Internationale de L'automobile (FIA), Russian Automobile Federa-tion (RAF) according to their requests and requirements.- Cooperating with client group representatives on issue concerning the accommodation pro-cess.- Investigating and estimating of requirements of all client groups including conference and ca-tering and transport service requests.
