- collections of receivables for GD Germany with focus on a portfolio of worldwide based B2B customers - training of newcomers, creating manuals, supporting my team with complex issues- responsible for the dispute process within the German team - leading dispute calls with sales teams leaders to drive dispute resolution- evaluating the customer financial situation, setting their credit limit, blocking accounts, releasing orders - responsible for accounts reconciliation, including cash allocation and write offs- developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, closely cooperating with sales team- working with various ERP systems – SAP R/3, MS Dynamics AX, Oracle EBS R12
