Provide one-on-one support to all new hires and internal users including HR, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers, managing all day-to-day onboarding processes to ensure employees complete onboarding in a timely manner and with the best candidate experience possible. Coordinators will also process transfers and redeployments in the HR system of record, conduct regular hiring/transfer/redeployment audits, and collect data for analytics and reporting.• Processing new hires• Ensure positive candidate experience, acting as their guide through the process• Quickly resolve escalations, while maintaining compliance• Maintain end user training documentation, as assigned• Administer company onboarding process (e.g., systems, screenings, 1-9, data accuracy).• Conduct data and process audits, as scheduled• Collect data for analytics and reporting, as assigned• Ensures data privacy at all times• Other duties as assigned
