• Collaborated with leadership to develop reporting around data cleansing that, when combined with other internal analytical applications, help hospitals effectively manage costs.• Implemented and became the subject matter expert on this reporting which resulted in a fee for service offering generating revenue for Vizient.• Acquired, configured, and performed analysis on item masters used for procurement for 15-20 member hospitals across the nation on a quarterly basis – about 500K lines of data each quarter.• Consulted with member hospitals regarding the results of the item master analysis to provide a project plan and training where needed to cleanse the item master.• Gathered and uploaded AP/AR, GL Codes, and Supplier Codes to onboard hospitals into DataLYNX OnDemand.• Trained hospital material management staff on DataLYNX Dashboard application. Provided instruction on how to maneuver through, query, and create standard and ad-hoc reports within the application.• Evaluated and tested new or modified analytic tools to verify functionality and ability to meet business requirements.• Built and developed queries and templates within Microsoft Access to help streamline the data cleansing process. • Supported the growth and development of the Vizient product master, which stored over 6 million products and associated attributes.• Performed cross-functional duties that included auditing, reviewing, problem resolution and reporting of data.• Pursued for ad-hoc research, reporting, analytics and subject matter expertise as requests were made.• Created detailed, illustrated, and step-by-step manuals regarding department procedures, internal applications, and day to day business needs.
