Working in various development projects my aim was to keep things efficient and creative. In my role I was able to work with multiple stakeholders in and outside of the company, so communication - written and F2F - was crucial. Meeting new people was the best part of my job - I enjoy conversations, negotiations and sparring with my colleagues.My background in customer service has it's effects - to me keeping the customer in mind is the most important thing in projects. User tests and surveys are important, it's never a bad idea to ask a customer. Service design mindset is the key.I got to work as a Product Owner in an interesting retail sales development project. Together with the project team and our partners we aimed to create a customer friendly and profitable new service.

My tasks as Service Specialist included multichannel customer service and technical support via email, phone and chat. I also created written, entertaining marketing content and did outbound marketing. In this hectic environment it was most important to keep or make the customer happy by effectively solving their problems, with the help of multiple softwares.
