CurrentCoordinate collaborations with a variety of agencies to bring learning opportunities and informational programming to the residents at 27 of our properties (Guadalupe to Cambria). Created the MOU process for the contracts and insurance purposes with all agencies PSH collaborates with (2014). Working on Resident Empowerment Training and Resident Leadership formalization among our properties. Facilitate resident leadership groups. Started at Isla Vista Apartments and Los Adobes de Maria II. Coordinated the "Welcome Spring BBQ" held on March 21, 2019 and had a turnout of almost 400 residents, staff and volunteers. Now head up leadership group at River View Apartments in Guadalupe made possible by the McCune Foundation. Project Manager for Women's Empowerment and Neighborhood Childcare Project collaborating with CAPSLO and Literacy for Life to help 6 women become home childcare providers and made possible by SLO Community Foundation's Social Innovations grant. Project Manager in collaboration with Dignity Health to coordinate health classes and programming at many of our sites made possible by a Dignity Health grant. Collaborating with UC Cooperative Extension to establish Garden Clubs at Mariposa Townhomes and Canyon Creek Apartments. Proud to have found Infinite Music Foundation on July 17, 2018 and helped launch our first ever drumming classes at LADMII and ukulele classes at Canyon Creek in mid-January 2019 -- a successful program that we hope to expand with the assistance of musical instrument funding.
