Anna has delivered projects across the commercial, health care, data centre, residential, retail, and institutional sectors, achieving time, quality, and budget metrics. She has worked with clients, consultants, and contractors in the APAC, EMEA, and USA regions, adapting to diverse geographies and cultures. She has also led initiatives to digitize, reduce project life cycles, and implement best practices.Anna's core competencies include leadership, relationship management, strategy, and change, and project delivery.
