As Portfolio Manager at Areim I am part of the Fund Management team in Stockholm. In cooperation with the Fund Managers for fund IV and V, I am responsible for implementing the strategy of the fund with a focus on the light industrial portfolio in the Nordics.

Skandia Fastigheter owns, manages and develops office buildings, shopping centers, residential buildings and community offices in the Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö regions.I worked as a Senior Leasing Manager focusing on office premises in Stockholm mainly located in CBD, Östermalm, Södermalm and Sundbyberg.

Steen & Strøm is a Scandinavian shopping center operator, with nine leading centers located in the most attractive marketplaces in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden and a total of over 60 million visitors annually. Steen & Strøm is owned by the Klepierre Group and dutch pension fund APG. I was Portfolio Manager for their five Swedish shopping centres, leader for the Swedish leasing team, and responsible Leasing Manager for Emporia Shopping Centre in Malmö.

As a Leasing Manager at Steen & Ström I am in charge of Emporia in Malmö – one of the largest shopping centers in Scandinavia with 190 stores and a footfall of 7.3 million – and Marieberg Galleria in Örebro – the leading shopping center in the region with 100 stores. My responsibilities include proactive leasing, leasing of vacancies, right-sizing tenants and renegotiation of existing contracts in order to increase revenue and asset values while always bringing new and exciting concepts to our visitors. Each year I set forecasts, five year budgets and business plans for my centers together with the Asset and Center Managers which guide our everyday work. Building and maintaining good relationships with existing tenants and prospective tenants, being on top of current retail trends and markets, and actively looking for new interesting concepts is of great importance in my role.

CBRE is the world's largest commercial property services and investment firm.As an Associate Director at CBRE, I was involved in all stages of the real estate transaction, from the initial sales pitch to the final negotiations and signing of the purchase and sales agreement. I worked on many high-profile sales and acquisitions in Sweden including core office buildings in central Stockholm, shopping centers and retail parks as well as several larger portfolios. Some examples of my responsibilities included advising the clients on the optimal sales strategy in order to maximize profit, identifying potential investors, conducting due diligence, preparing the marketing material, selecting best bids and negotiating the purchase and sales agreement. Having daily contact with both international and local investors, I developed a strong confidence in holding client meetings, negotiations and presentations for a larger audience, in both English and Swedish.
