Supervisor
Current* Monitor, oversees and coordinates manufacturing team activities * Responsible for overall performance of team with respect to quality, delivery and cost * Ensure continuous development of team personnel using tools in Performance Management System, Trailblazer, and Greenlight. * Ensuring team goals are met (daily goals and project goals). * Apply lean and six sigma principles to Manufacturing * Responsible for identifying, coordinating and implementing continuous improvement activities such as kaizen and 6S. * Prepare team member performance reviews and coaching. * Motivate team members to work at a high level to achieve team goals. * Complete all required safety training and actively support an injury-free workplace * Coordinate team development in safety activities including training, 6S, OHSAS, and safety auditing. Comply with all environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulation * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance to standard operating procedures (SOP's). Ensure that product and processes adhere to the highest level of quality to meet the needs of customers. * Ensure proper sense of urgency and flexibility to support varying customer demands * Leadership and Development Course, DISC, 360 training attendance through ISC
