- Analyzing the existing network in dedicated markets, define priority markets and propose improvement plans for these areas in terms of coverage, performance and organization- Support new dealers in their ramp up phase, ensure proper phase out in case of terminating dealers- Coordinate actions and support other departments in the field through regular business review meetings and joint visits- Propose, validate, and carry out improvement plans on key cross-functional topics- Ensure that the network meets their contractual obligations- Identify structural gaps and opportunities in the current method, propose new methods or solutions to long standing problems to Head of Network Excellence Department for evaluation- Present plans and execution of plans to top management (MD, S&M Director)

- Active participation in strategic dealer network planning and qualification of the Dodge and RAM dealer network (EU, EFTA)- Coordination of the official dealer process and independent administration of the CI implementation- Implementation of the Customer Satisfaction Project by selected AEC dealers- Independent implementation of market and competition analyses- Own projects of the training department “AEC Academy”
