As president I oversee all aspects of the festival. I coordinate all the work teams, setting deadlines, work flow, tasks, objectives, budgets. The BFF requires year round work for creating and maintaining digital and offline presence, social media, bureaucracy, artist research and contacts, exhibition planning, sponsorship programming, event planning and all the tasks necessary to make these areas work. The creative side of my work involves thinking about and planning the lineup of artists and guests, finding solutions to a myriad of complications, inventing new ways to offer culture to the public. I also have to deal with a great amount of paperwork, permits, contracts and agreements with local, national and international institutions. The position also invloves a lot of PR. I meet with the city council, associations, other festival directors, sponsors, collaborators, location owners.Leadership, team work, communication are pillars of the work that I do for the BFF.

Italia

In Italy I guide private photography tours in the cities of Milan and Venice. During these tours I bring the guest to various spots in the city, teaching them whatever they need in photography. I also researched and planned a private tour in Portugal and Switzerland, and co-lead a tour in Japan. The wellness and instruction of the guests is our top priority. Besides addressing their photographic needs, we make sure transportation, accomodation and other acitivities are all in line.

Since 2013 I have been teaching photography to children, teenagers and adults through workshops, private and public schools.

I work in various fields of photography, with a focus on portraiture, erotica, travel, events. I work on personal projects as well as commissioned ones, and lead photography workshops and courses.

Verona

At the school I taught beginner and intermediate photography courses, workshops, and private lessons. I also guided photography trips and did photography for various companies.

For Lateral Edizioni I maintained correspondance with collaborators, artists, art fairs and businesses. I translated texts for the magazine and proofread articles. I held our magazine stand at international art fairs in Madrid, Barcelona, and Santiago. I organized business trips for managers and staff.
