As a psychologist, counselor, and researcher working in Higher Education, I am deeply committed to understanding and enhancing the psychological well-being of university students. My expertise spans child and school psychology, with a current focus on neurodiversity, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in young adults.I bring experience in psychological counseling and therapy, helping university students navigate the challenges of academic life while managing their mental health. My research endeavors have included both qualitative and quantitative projects, exploring areas such as self-efficacy, collective efficacy, and the dynamics of work relationships and collegiality.My passion lies in fostering inclusive educational environments that support neurodiverse students, and I am particularly interested in the well-being of educators and the destigmatization of mental health.
