Responsibilities:a. Coordinate with several government agencies such as Police, Procurement, Court, IEAT, Thai Royal Customs Department, BOI, DBD etc.b. Provide service of sourcing suppliers, business partners, and business-match for companies to extend business to South East Asian and Europe, US, and Australia to both member companies and non-member companies, specially start-up companies and start-up companies.c. Oversee daily work of the Chamber for smooth operation and Thai legal compliance.d. Manage and ensure cost-effective operation for the Chamber.e. Recognize Chamber issues and conflict to determine action suggestion and monitor to ensure in-due response.f. Make suggestion to the Board of Director regarding strategic and operational target.g. Recruit and undertake training Chamber staff.h. Supervise the work of the chamber staff and to give the necessary orders and instruction to the staff to achieve KPI goals.j. Monitor the effectiveness of chamber support and track chamber service.k. Handle service issues and provide member support.l.          Liaise with members to acquire their feedbacks.m. Respond to member reviews and resolve the complaints.n. Evaluate member satisfaction.l. Participate in board meetings and member meetings and keep the summaries of the board decision to follow up to ensure that decisions are fulfilled in due time.o. Communicate with members and potential members, answer their queries to support and consult members for running business in either Thailand or Vietnam, including setting up companies in both countries.p. Prepare the agenda of the Chamber meetings to ensure the meeting invitation and the agenda are sent to the members in time.q.      Be responsible for all correspondences, to keep and maintain all documents of the Chamber;r.    Plan and control administration works. Arrange logistics job for BOD chamber business trips such as accommodation, transportation etc.t. Find donors for chamber.
