Assistant Merchandiser – US Ladies’ fashion (Denim / Woven)Key Responsibilities:* Monitor from development to production, mainly focus on development• Assist the team on full cycle merchandising from productdevelopment until shipment delivery• Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers’ cost and qualityrequirements• Prepare presentation for the meeting with customers &buying trip including sample styles, price, supplier and factoryinformation• Work with full merchandising cycle counterparts of design,technical, production, QC and logistics for the order follow up• Organized and assist all administration work, meeting etc• Perform other ad hoc duties

Responsibilities:-Through implementation of windows and marketing and impact of mannequin styling to react to business needs by frequently references in stores sales reports;-Deliver visual merchandising guidelines;-Provide store team with latest and relevant product knowledge;-Take ownership in maintaining store presentation standards, e.g. sizing and folding;-Accurately conduct markdowns, shipment and replenishment in a timely manner;May need to assist sales team to deliver customer services.

Responsibilities:-Daily retrieval of data from the internal data system (PDM) to support senior on their decision making-Daily checking of lab dip/strike off approval status from PDM once received unit buy is received from NYC-Bulk Fabric Submits-Chase fabric Mills for Fabric Submit Sheets and distribute accordingly-Chase fabric mills for fabric lengths for testing and approval.-Facilitate the Color + Hand Feel approval of the fabric internally-Submit fabric to laboratory for bulk testing & chase result.-Arrange bulk fabric for archiving-Assist in weekly filing responsibilities(*Handbag)
