I wrote and edited a wide range of documentation, but mainly user manuals, for our customers using topic-based writing with DITA/XML. I analysed source information, set up documentation structures, managed content and kept in touch with our customers.

I translated technical and medical documentation from English into Dutch. I learned to manage multiple jobs with strict deadlines, working in a team of translators and improved my grammar and creative language skills.

It was my job to prepare and give three 2-hour courses per group of students. The students were Ballast Nedam employees, often technical engineers. I trained them in improving their verbal and written skills of English.
