Customer Programme responsibilities - working with Corporate Customer marketing team to leverage cross selling and back to base campaigns on a European basis. E.g webinars, seminar in a box materials, user groups, customer awards, global newsletter with localisation in 12 countries. Ability to be self motivated and work independently as well as an equally capable team player has been crucial in the role.Partner Programme responsibilities - leveraging corporate programmes on a European basis, identifying regional needs and developing new programmes where needed E.g. sales training roadshow and OEM recruitment programme. Responsible for programme budget forecasting ROI and tracking results.
