Work as part of MDT for those with an At Risk Mental State for Psychosis. Main duties include:- CAARMS assessment with other members of MDT to ascertain if someone has an ARMS presentation, First Episode for Psychosis presentation (FEP) or if they do not meet criteria for either and can be supported in talking therapies or other community care.- Duty and Referral organisation- liaising with other professionals- 1:1 CBT for ARMS and co morbid difficulties- Produce formulation based care plans to form the basis of interventions (e.g with peer support workers)-work closely with IAPT, Early intervention for Psychosis teams and attend other MDT's for transparency of care

I worked with a range of presenting problems (in both a face to face and remote capacity) to include: -Social anxiety- GAD- depression and recurrent depression- health anxiety- chronic pain- self esteem- perfectionism- suicidal ideation

I worked as part of the Specialist Multi-Agency Outreach Service (within the IFIT team). This provides intensive outreach services to children, young people and their families where the young person may be involved in criminal activity and/or are putting their tenancy at risk due to antisocial behaviour. We also work with children and young people who have poor school attendance and/or attend PRU/alternative education and/or have behavioural difficulties within their education placement. My role is to support and enhance the home-based assessment and intensive intervention delivered to families working with IFIT via individual outreach work with young people. We meet in places of safety, such as coffee shops or in their homes. I work with the teams to provide wraparound support to families and young people within a joint multi-agency framework. I am the lead for the program of evaluation and outcome work across the team. I provide a range of assessments (including WISC, Connors, R-CADS) and interventions under the supervision of a qualified professional clinician.
