Current- Design and lead communications, community, and advocacy strategies to advance the company’s values leadership, reputation, and public policy priorities to grow the business.
- Lead public policy advocacy to anticipate and shape public policy and stakeholder initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels to align with the company’s business and sustainability values and objectives.
- Lead crisis communications, risk mitigation and government relations developing early warning processes to mitigate crisis and issues and maintain and grow the company’s reputation.
- Design and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies to build the company’s reputation as a values-led company with a commitment to sustainable growth.
- Advise CEO and executive leadership on cultivating influence and relationship building with key governmental and other stakeholders to strengthen corporate reputation as a values-led company and tell the larger.
- Lead global community affairs strategy, including corporate grant making and employee community engagement, to advance the company’s reputation in the communities where we do business and grow employee participation.
