Having graduated from Christchurch's Rangi Ruru Girls' School, I excelled academically, achieving Excellence Endorsed in Levels 1 and 2. I received a school award for Academic Excellence and ended up gaining entrance to university as a Year 12 student, which prompted me to fast-track my education and go straight to university instead of completing Year 13. I am enrolled in the University of Auckland's Bachelor of Commerce program, studying a double major in Marketing and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I thrive in the competitive academic environment that the University of Auckland provides me.After university, I aim to get into marketing, where I would love to specialize in social media and digital marketing. I would enjoy working on creative campaigns and other projects where I can combine innovative ideas with data insights and marketing strategies to create cohesive brand messaging and campaigns. While academics have always been an important aspect of my life, I have enjoyed many extracurriculars, including rowing and equestrian as my main sports, along with gaining experience in owning my businesses, and working in retail for many years. I have started taking yoga classes and I am learning Mandarin, as I always want to push myself to try new activities. These extracurricular activities have made me a well-rounded person and allowed me to push myself further to succeed, which has made me very determined and resilient.
