I joined Demandware at an early stage and was a key member of the core team that led the company to a successful IPO in 2012, achieving 590% revenue growth over five years. I helped to establish the company as the leader in enterprise cloud commerce solutions by developing and executing an effective brand and communications strategy and building the infrastructure for inbound and outbound demand generation. As Senior Director, Corporate Marketing, I led global communications and market awareness activities, including corporate messaging and brand development, content marketing, public relations, analyst relations, social media, advertising, creative development, industry events and the company’s annual customer conferences.

At Yantra, I was responsible for the development and execution of the outbound marketing strategy and plan, including corporate marketing, marketing infrastructure and demand generation. Managing a small team, I led the design and development of the marketing framework, including corporate and product branding, collateral, customer programs, website and product packaging. I managed integrated demand generation campaigns, resulting in response rates greater than 30%.

At RSA Security, I was responsible for the strategy and execution of all outbound marketing programs in North America, generating high-quality leads for enterprise and developer product lines. I also held roles in corporate marketing, responsible for the planning and execution of marketing communications activities, including branding, collateral, advertising and creative services. As a key member of the corporate renaming and brand relaunch team, I directed the development of new corporate and product brand image and brand standards, and implementation across all creative platforms, including corporate identity materials, product packaging, collateral, advertising, website, merchandising, and employee and customer communications.
