• Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking.
• Involved in salary negotiations based on the matrix, and background verifications.
• Scheduling the interview of the candidates when short-listed for Interview.
• Follow up till closure and post closure follow up
• Follow up on candidate on boarding starting from offer release to joining.
