I helped develop new power management products for EV charging, batteries and other DERs, and new partners for our solutions.

The Operators Guild is an independent, invitation-only group, home to the world’s top finance and operations (high growth and technology) leaders. We have circles (chapters) in over a dozen cities across the US in major tech hubs, along with Canada and Europe! Scaling a company is hard. We are working together to share best practices, help one another solve similar problems, and invest in the operator community. We meet and connect regularly to support each other as we create the next generation of high-growth companies and company leaders.

CPPIB invests ~$400 billion directly across several different asset classes from venture capital and private equity to private debt and public market securities.The Power & renewables group is responsible for directly investing US$10 billion of equity in renewable energy projects and companies globally. I led diligence workstreams and negotiated transaction documentation on deals in the U.S., Canada, South America, France, Japan, and Australia. As a board observer on two large portfolio companies (in Power & Renewables and Infrastructure), I've also helped them design and implement value creation and compensation plans.

Communications, Media, and Technology IB Group provides strategic M&A and corporate finance advisory and sell-side transaction services to North American TMT clients. Completed two sell-side M&A mandates for telecom and media companies and fundraising for technology startups.

Researched renewable energy investment opportunities in North America by building asset tracking databases, surveying technology improvements to identify market trends, and creating models and competitive benchmarks to help investors make decisions.
