- Primary HR contact for over 600 employees in the Global Supply Chain organization. The departments that this position supports are Lab Operations, Engineering, and Quality. - Consult with management and employees to provide daily HR guidance regarding performance management, compensation, job architecture, as well as employee and leadership coaching.- Resolve complex employee relations issues.- Administration of HR policies and procedures, current state, local and federal regulations, and corporate objectives and providing guidance and education to employees and managers. - Conduct investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in disciplinary action. - Partner with Global Supply Chain leadership to conduct Roundtable discussions with employees. - Point of contact for EEOC and other employment claims. - Conducts exit interviews and all procedural tasks for terminated employees.- Manages unemployment claims and conducts covid contact tracing, as needed. - Advises employees of company policies regarding requests for FMLA/Sick Leave and reasonable accommodations. Refers employees to People Service Team as needed.- Identify and assist with training and development needs for teams and individuals.

- Full-cycle Talent Acquisition for the Consumer and Business Support Services (CBSS) and Help Desk teams. - Conduct weekly "Touchbase" meetings to discuss the CBSS team (100+ employees) and Help Desk team (75+ employees). - Routine meetings with Hiring Managers to understand, update, and finalize the needs of the business operations. - Assist with Employee Relation investigations on CBSS and Help Desk teams. - Work closely with Benefits and Compensation for employee questions or concerns. - Create and implement new Attendance Policy and Work From Home Policy on the CBSS team. - Attend Career Fairs on behalf of Panera in the St. Louis area. - Facilitate Mid-Year and Year-End Review process with the CBSS team.
