Provide varying levels of assistance to Private Bankers, Trust Officers and their related clients including scheduling of appointments, processing of deposit and loan transactions, and preparation of loan documents. Key Accomplishments: In 2010, processed over 50% of the transaction requests sent by officers to our central workflow system. Successfully reformatted and streamlined our wealth management newsletters and mailing lists. Provided leadership on successful transition of wealth management clients to our Kohler office upon the closing of our Sheboygan location. Received a Presidential Award from my manager for my work performance in 2007. Universal Banker 2002 to 2006 Assist personal bankers with client requests, perform teller audits, process monetary transactions, open and close IRA's, Certificates of Deposit and other deposit accounts, balanced branch office general ledger accounts. Key accomplishments: Assumed duties of Operations Manager and incorporated audit procedures/policies for the teller staff. Received Spotlight Award from management in recognition of my work performance in 2005.

Supervised teller area and staff of seven (7) including scheduling, balancing the branch GL accounts, performance of teller and vault cash audits and assisting service manager with performance reviews.
