Spark Strategy helps not-for-profit, NGO and government clients develop strategic plans, business- and operating models through a highly collaborative, workshop-based approach.My role involved conducting and facilitating qualitative research activities, strategic analysis and synthesis, online and offline workshop facilitation, drafting and presentation of strategic plans and other final deliverables, intensive stakeholder engagement (often with board and executive level stakeholders), project planning and coordination, and continuous internal process improvement.

With the branches consultanting (operational strategy, processes and change management), technology (low code and Business Process Automation) and data (from data platforms to data science and analytics), Valcon offers a wide range of services to deliver end-to-end transformations for clients.As a part of the Business Change capability of Valcon, my team supported clients through complex organisational change processes. My role was to develop and execute change management plans, intensive stakeholder engagement, leading ambassador networks of up to 25 people, conduct change readiness and impact assessments, and design and facilitate co-creative workshops. In addition, I initiated and led a Strategic Design team within Valcon internally to strengthen and innovate the Valcon way of working.
