From my previous position as a Field Application Specialist (FAS) at bioMerieux I've gained work experience supporting our Clin Microbiology customers in the segment of the microbiology field with strong focus on blood culture diagnostics and ID/AST testing. I've been part of a Nordic team and have had the main responsible for our Swedish customers. I have been in charge of giving customer trainings, doing onsite troubleshooting and providing application support for our products and instruments.In October 2019 I got the opportunity to become Field Application Specialist Manager for our Nordic team of brilliant and skilled FAS's. In 2021 our Nordic Field Service Engineers also joined the team, adding their high technical expertise to the group and with that changing my job title to Field Teams Manager. I enjoy to collaborate with, and to support our Field teams to be the best experts they can be. Aiming for each team member to thrive in an innovative In vitro diagnostic company dedicated to improve public health, where they can increase the Customer experience by providing the best Customer Service to all our users. I look forward to what the future will bring and I'm excited to gain more experience along the way together with the team!
