Review and verify all vehicle costs and sales amounts, finance amounts approved, interest rates approved, additional fees, and vehicle coverage purchase costs and sales amounts. Check accuracy of dates, forms, signatures, and complete finishing details on all required documents for each transaction. Send all needed documents to financial institutions to receive funds to conclude each vehicle transaction. Input on a daily basis all new vehicle sales and customer information into the database and apply for money due back to the dealer or customer. Receipt daily deposits into our general ledger and transport deposits to our bank. Make contact with customers and coworkers regarding receivable accounts. Collect payment, make payment arrangements if necessary, and discuss discrepancies on all parts/service/body shop invoices and accounts. Print weekly reports for 15 accounts to research credit or debit balances. Verify figures projected and billed, register and send payment in for all warranty, maintenance, insurance, and theft protection plans purchased with vehicles to a variety of companies.
