I provide strategic, high quality and business-focused advice to the OTPP London investment teams on a wide range of legal and investment law matters across asset classes including private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, fund investments and real estate. This support covers the life of an investment from the initial investment to exit, including add-on acquisitions, reorganisations and investment structures, refinancing, litigation, regulatory enquiries, asset management and value creation. I am part of the Women@Teachers employee resource group committee with a focus on leading Women@Teachers activities in the OTPP London office and have played an active role in the development of the diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the OTPP Legal team.Before joining OTPP, I was a senior associate in the private equity team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and whilst at Freshfields spent time on secondment in the Freshfields Singapore office, at Warburg Pincus and at Goldman Sachs.
