As a Health Coach, I work to support adults, children, families and communities providing holistic guidance and dietary support to encourage healthy lifestyle changes.The majority of my time is spent working 1-1 with clients, guiding them to make positive and maintainable choices that suit their individual needs.I also enjoy delivering regular Wellness Workshops to schools, workplaces and groups in the community, sharing my tips to help create healthy habits which could make a huge impact to the overall wellbeing of the team.

I used to be a Year One Primary School teacher. I loved working with children, however after much thought, I decided to leave the profession to pursue another passion of mine, health and nutrition.
