This is my humble idea of creating something that I truly believe in, by using the skillset that I've acquired throughout the years studying and working with tech.PAX is the mobile app designed to make it easy to hang out spontaneously with friends. It solves a number of issues that many of us face in our day-to-day lives:* We may avoid asking others to hang out if we're unsure that somebody will want to join * When asking a friend to hang out, the friend is most often busy the specific time which leads to the booking of another future time where both parties are available. Sending out this type of inquiry to several friends thereby leads to future free nights becoming future social nights regardless of how we will feel in those very moments.* We naturally limit ourselves to the people that we generally hang out with which makes us "forget" our older friends* We think it's socially awkward to ask new friends and acquaintances to hang out* We don't even bother trying to go to more nisch activities that interest us (like concerts) since we don't know who amongst our friends might share the same interest* We don't want to share our data and personal info with the large tech corpsJoin me in what I believe will be a social revolution.Get the app at https://paxa.nu

Realise and lead customer projects such as:Automating Customer Service; Automatic answers to customer service emails, chat and telephone. Using machine learning and NLP to train models to understand the end customers' messages and developing applications surrounding those models in web interfaces, humanoid robots and telephone services.Decision Support in Freshdesk; Connecting older customer tickets with new ones to give handlers the guidance to be able to answer questions based on historical data. Machine learning and text analysis is used to find the tickets that are the most similar. This is then presented in an interactive application in Freshdesk. Technical Project Management in a Swedish bank to help them succeed with the challenges they face as a result of recent compliance changes in the banking sector.

Developed humanoid Pepper robots for large, Swedish enterprises. After this I was active in kick-starting derobotics.se, a new strategic investment for Digital Edge, commercialising the software for Pepper robots in the Nordic market.

Thesis: "How a Cloud Communications Provider Should Develop Products and Services to Enhance Their End Customers’ Customer Experience"A deep dive into customer experience where we investigated and interviewed companies in three different message-intensive sectors; delivery, transport and banking. The report concluded a couple of recommendations that Sinch could account for in their day-to-day business as well as in their strategic planning.
