As a T. Gordon Little Fellow, I work directly with the Chairs of the School of Architecture to produce inward and outward-facing assets including the Lecture Series graphics, monthly newsletters, website design, content creation, and marketing and communication strategies. I strive for a high level of excellence in everything I produce in this role as it defines the brand of the School of Architecture. I interact directly with all SoA faculty and staff as well as prospective students, alumni, donors, and visiting lecturers. I create project timelines and delegate tasks, analyze the effectiveness of all strategies through data and engagement rates, manage consistent communication within my team, and plan ahead long term for the future of the SoA.

In this position, I shadowed custom residential contractors and designers on renovation and new build construction sites. I learned by closely listening to and observing all aspects of the construction process and asking questions in real time. I also participated in weekly meetings where the Level Craft team discussed business operations, project management, and collectively solved high level problems. It was extremely beneficial to my architectural education to see and understand how buildings are constructed from start to finish.

In this role, I meet weekly with the Chairs of the School of Architecture to delegate team tasks, and help to communicate about events and opportunities. I also designed and managed a weekly newsletter sent to all students and faculty at the School of Architecture about events, scholarships, opportunities, and news.
