Business Analyst Senior for Mortgage and Home Equity Financial Correspondence products. Role is inclusive of assisting LOB requestors to understand complex business rule requirements, assist to create and/or revise current requirements, configure requirements for print vendor and assist LOBs for testing, implementation and appropriate documentation for change control purposes.

Application Team Lead and responsible for maintaining relationship with primary print vendor to ensure all performance functionality inclusive of configuration of statements and letter correspondence for our Home Lending Servicing operations.

Promote change to MSP platform for mortgage/consumer account support, inclusive of large conversion project support.. Provide resolution in various scale for issues, promote and assist LOB for system enhancements/data updates to MSP various regions. Work with multiple LOBs throughout the organization as well as various vendors to ensure smooth operations.

I supported the Home Lending Transformation project at PNC working as a Lead Sr Analyst during conversion and covered multiple Servicing components. This also entailed post conversion clean-up activities.

This role required interaction with all lines of business of PNC mortgage as well as several PNC mortgage risk partners. Validation of issues to ensure they have met the criterion stated as completed to mitigate risks to the organization are my key responsibility. Additional duties include extensive tracking of data through completion, the ability to train unfamiliar/new Line of Business employees of this process, resolution and administration of the SharePoint page involved and statistical reporting. The additional required skills that I bring to this role are analysis related which allow me to know whom to involve and when accordingly as well as oral/written communication skills for facilitation and resolution purposes.
