-Detailed understanding of IATA, IMDG and ADR and other requirements for dangerous goods -Knowledge of import regulatory requirements relating to classification, valuation, origin, the import clearance process ( HMRC CUSTOMS), trade programs and trade agreements -SAP

Customer service / Dealing with customer queriesAll movements of raw materials and finished goods ( SAP)Raising and processing sales invoices, credit notes and billsProduction of export documentation ( DGN )Liaise with carriers for vehicles to collect goods from site and deliver to Customer on time

Responsible for a team of people. Responsible for organizing couriers for priority deliveries, processing customer returns in an accurate and timely manner, inputting data onto in-house database, picking and packing of goods, checking goods into the warehouse and ensuring goods are dispatched on time.. Monitoring workflow ( co-ordinate work in progress of urgent parts )All movements of raw materials ( SAP)All movements of finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption (SAP). Visual check and serial number verification, preparation of dispatch documentation. Work with MRP ( SAP ) systems. Final inspection

Customer service. Negotiating with customers over account enquiries and dealing with complaints. Quality & transport control. Sales report

Production contracting, work organization . Independent decisions . Current monitoring. Compile and manage product details and samples. Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and staff under my supervision . Responsible for preparation of commodity to clients
