MY BACKGROUNDI worked for over a decade in procurement and merchandise management for large corporations such as AIG, Ralph Lauren in the UK, and Review and Cotton On in Australia. Before leaving for Australia, I bought 2 student houses with my sister in Manchester. We renovated and let them out as 5 bedroom shared houses. On returning to the UK, I refinanced the properties and left my job in fashion to work full time in property in Manchester. My sister and I went our separate ways and I set up Morgan Curtis Properties (Company no. 10774891) in 2017. MY PROPERTY EXPERIENCEI have been renovating and renting out student houses since 2009 and am now renovating 2 professional shared houses in Manchester. I have a total of 45 rooms in my portfolio in 2024, this is due to increase to 64 rooms in 2025. Carol Clarke and I teamed up in early 2022 to form Prime Land, bringing together our skills to take on bigger projects allowing us to work with more investors on new build and commercial conversion projects. Carol is a Chartered Town Planner and brings more than 20 years of experience to our partnership, with a proven track record of delivering hundreds of major planning permissions and thousands of homes from multi-national and national companies.
