I focus on optimising the system and processes to add value and build lasting customer relationships.With over 13 years of professional experience, including as a Business Development Manager and previously as a Product Owner, I have gained deep insights into user experience design and user research. My experience as a Product Owner is particularly valuable in the development of our CRM system. I use my understanding of user needs and behaviour to develop a user-friendly CRM that improves interaction with customers.
