- liaising with labour unions, HR Business Partners and managers to provide support on complex HR cases- HR administration (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, organizational data management) - conducting exit interviews - process employee and organizational data changes in SAP HR - daily handling employees’ HR queries - preparing employment certificates.

- providing L&D service for an international client- Learning and development administration (Portal, Share Point, SAP)- phone and email assistance & cooperation with managers, L&D operation specialists, third parties- logistical coordination of training sessions (venue and resources booking, PO management, handling invoices, trainers' booking - handling.

- HR and payroll administration (preparing payroll, employee data administration, leave of absence administration, updating personal files) - conducting recruitment for internships - organizing training plan and induction for new hires - preparing and handling invoices - performing reports to the European Union on spending the European Founds- other.
