- active participation in a start-up project and migration of processes to Business Service Centre - connecting, communicating and interacting with employees and managers in EU regarding queries to HR processes- conducting transactions in SAP HR (hirings, changes, transfers and terminations) based on input via portal, mail and phone from employees and managers- informing employees and managers on local employment conditions- acting as primary contact point for all employee queries and contact point for standard manager queries- super user of Learning Management System (L&D administration) - creating training plan for new hires- process employee and organizational data changes in SAP HR- administering leave of absence and contact/reporting to authorities- conducting and maintaining standard HR reports- ad hoc reporting- creating knowledge documents and procedures
